Duties Safely operate delivery vehicles, including vans and automobiles. Plan efficient delivery routes using organizational skills and route driving knowledge to optimize time and fuel consumption. Load and unload merchandise with proper lifting practices, ensuring heavy items are handled safely. Build strong customer relationships through professional communication, addressing client needs promptly and courteously. Conduct merchandising activities at retail stores or client locations to ensure product presentation aligns with company standards. Maintain inventory records for accountability and reporting purposes. Proven experience driving or route driving, with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Math skills for pricing calculations, route planning, and inventory management. Good communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Retail store experience or merchandising background is a plus for understanding product placement and presentation. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting while maintaining safety protocols. Organizational skills to manage routes efficiently and prioritize deliveries. Pay: From $13.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 15.0 per week Benefits: Paid training Work Location: In person
