Inc. — Delivery Driver (CDL Required) Location: Scranton, SC 29591 Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable, safety-conscious Delivery Driver to join our authorized John Deere Dealership team. You will safely transport agricultural, commercial, and construction machinery—such as tractors, large ag equipment, riding mowers, and utility vehicles—to and from customer locations, job sites, and other dealership branches. Key Responsibilities: Load, secure, and safely transport large equipment using a heavy-duty truck and trailer or flatbed. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle and equipment safety inspections in compliance with DOT regulations. Provide basic, courteous orientation to customers on equipment operation and safety features upon delivery. Accurately manage delivery manifests, obtain required signatures, and process customer paperwork. Maintain clean driving records, log hours and mileage properly, and follow all safety protocols (DOT, OSHA, and company guidelines). Requirements & Qualifications Commercial Driver’s License (CDL): Valid Class A with a clean driving record. Experience: Previous commercial driving or heavy-equipment hauling experience is preferred. Physical Ability: Ability to safely load, unload, strap, and chain heavy machinery in various weather conditions. Customer Service: Strong communication and professional demeanor when interacting with clients on-site. Certifications: Must pass a DOT physical and drug screening.
