Earn $200 Per Route Day: Proposed compensation includes $150 for delivery services plus $50 in fuel and mileage support. Approximately 5-Hour Routes: Complete your deliveries efficiently and enjoy the rest of your day. Actual route times may vary. Stay Local: Operate within an approximately 30–40-mile delivery radius instead of traveling across states. Fuel Support Included: We help offset your fuel and mileage expenses. Home Every Day: No overnight or cross-country assignments for these local routes. Flexible Scheduling: Opportunities to work 1–2 days per week or up to 5–6 days depending on availability. Recurring Route Opportunities: Our expanding delivery network is designed to provide regular assignments as routes become available. Less Highway Mileage: Local routes eliminate long-distance highway hauling, although frequent stops still create normal vehicle wear. Room to Grow: Build a working relationship with a transportation company expanding its fleet, driver network, and customer partnerships. Your Responsibilities As a delivery driver with Go Fletch Logistics, you’ll use your own cargo or Sprinter van to complete local package delivery routes. Your responsibilities include: Pick up assigned packages from the designated distribution location. Safely transport and deliver packages to customers’ designated delivery locations. Complete required deliveries to the customer’s front door or other authorized location, including apartment complexes. Follow delivery instructions and complete required package scans and proof-of-delivery procedures. Maintain professional communication with our dispatch team. Report delivery issues, missing packages, damaged items, or route delays promptly. Protect and secure all packages throughout the delivery process. Complete accepted delivery assignments safely, efficiently, and professionally. Maintain your vehicle in safe operating condition. Requirements Must own or have authorized use of a cargo van or Sprinter-style van. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Current vehicle registration. Appropriate commercial auto insurance covering paid delivery operations. Reliable smartphone with GPS and delivery app capabilities. Ability to lift, carry, and deliver packages safely. Comfortable making multiple stops and completing apartment deliveries. Strong communication and time-management skills. Dependable, honest, professional, and committed to excellent service. Ability to meet applicable onboarding, insurance, and customer qualification requirements. Personal sedans and standard SUVs are not suitable for these routes.
