Delivery Driver/Account Manager

Duties Safely operate commercial vehicles such as box trucks and courier vans to deliver products to various locations according to scheduled routes Load and unload goods using a dolly, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols are followed Manage delivery routes efficiently, optimizing for time and fuel savings while maintaining punctuality Provide excellent customer service by engaging professionally with clients during deliveries, answering questions, and addressing concerns Load and secure shipments carefully to prevent damage during transit; perform heavy lifting as needed during loading/unloading processes Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and inventory records; report any issues or delays promptly Support account management by communicating with clients post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement Skills Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier with a strong focus on route driving and customer service excellence Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles with manual transmission preferred Warehouse experience including loading/unloading, heavy lifting, moving supplies, and using equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks Knowledge of safety procedures related to heavy lifting, moving items, and vehicle operation in compliance with transportation regulations Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members Ability to handle physically demanding tasks such as manual lifting and moving goods efficiently Familiarity with route planning software or GPS systems for optimized deliveries Pay: From $11.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid training Vision insurance Work Location: In person
