Delivery Driver

Donovan's Dish is looking for a responsible Delivery Driver to distribute orders promptly to our customers. As a delivery driver, you'll drive a Donovan's Dish van, stay active, work independently, and be part of a motivated team that safely delivers food orders to customers in your community every day. Responsibilities Must be able to navigate through busy streets while keeping an eye on the road, all while ensuring that they arrive at each destination in one piece Deliver up to 30 pre-packed orders to different addresses and through different routes in a Donovan's Dish van Deliver and set up catering orders on an as-needed basis Follow routes and time schedule Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle Follow DOT regulations and safety standards Downloading driving app, which includes a GPS system to track the driver's location while they are on a delivery route Van maintenance & cleaning Skills Valid driver’s license Excellent organizational and time management skills Clean driving Friendly and personable - customers expect drivers to be courteous and helpful when they arrive with their food Ability to step up and down into/out of vans Ability to drive Minivans, Cargo Vans, Transit Vans, Stepvan High school degree Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
