Delivery Driver – $25/hour – Immediate Start Company: Mountain Linens Location: Whistler, BC Starting Wage: $25.00 per hour Job Type: Full-Time During Peak Season / Part-Time Driving During Off-Season Start Date: Immediately Join Our Team! Mountain Linens is looking for a reliable, hardworking delivery driver to join our team in Whistler! We're looking for someone who is physically fit, dependable, and comfortable working independently. This position involves picking up and delivering commercial linens throughout Whistler, with opportunities for additional hours at our laundry facility. Schedule & Hours Peak Season (December – April): Full-time delivery driving position. Afternoon/evening shifts, typically 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM. Opportunities for overtime hours. Off-Season (May – November): Part-time delivery driving hours. Opportunity to make up additional hours assisting with laundry processing at our facility. Full-time hours may be available through a combination of driving and facility work. Applicants must have flexible availability, including the days they work, based on operational requirements. Responsibilities Pick up and deliver commercial linens to clients throughout Whistler. Safely load, unload, and move large, heavy linen bins. Maintain professional and friendly communication with clients. Complete daily vehicle inspections and follow company safety procedures. Keep delivery vehicles clean and organized. Use our delivery management app to complete pickups and deliveries. Assist with laundry processing at our facility when required. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract. Comfortable operating larger cube vans (no special license required). Confident and experienced driving in winter conditions, including snow and icy roads. Physically fit and capable of regularly moving heavy linen bins. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Good communication and customer service skills. Comfortable using a smartphone and delivery apps. Flexible availability and a willingness to assist other team members. Compensation & Benefits Starting wage of $25.00 per hour. Full-time driving hours during peak season, with overtime opportunities. Additional facility hours available during the off-season. Extended health benefits for eligible employees. Employee Retention Bonus: Eligible full-time employees receive $500 every six months, totaling $1,000 annually. The bonus amount increases with continued years of service.
