Delivery Driver

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dependable Delivery Driver to join our dynamic team! Reporting Location: Around Los Angeles Pay: $17.50 - $19 (plus tips from customers) Schedule: Monday – Friday (Weekends dependent on business needs) Start Time: 9 am - 5 pm (time may vary depending on clients request) Skills Required: Operate a mid sized commercial vehicle in a safe and responsible manner, follow defined safe work practices, and must have a valid drivers licence. Be courteous, outgoing and always maintain a professional imageMeet each customer’s individual preference by delivering the correct bottles at client location. Act as a team player by supporting the team with decisions and helping others when neededProvide professional water dispenser cleaning services to customers while adhering to a strict quality process Address any issues from the client regarding the bottle count or change in location when delivering point to point delivery.Upsell additional products and services to existing customers and achieve monthly customer acquisition goals High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience Service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills Ability to work independently, efficiently, and in different types of weather Ability to lift or carry an average of 50+ bottles per day, each weighing up to 40-42 lbs., using product handling tools as appropriate, with or without a reasonable accommodation Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role including sitting, standing, walking, lifting, stooping, bending, squatting, pushing and pulling with or without a reasonable accommodation Ability to climb in and out of a commercial vehicle on average 40-55 times per day Ability to work an average 40-45 hours week as needed including variable start/end times Must possess a clean driving record which means: in the last 3 years you’ve only had 1 license, no driving-related suspension(s), revocation, or cancellation, no disqualifying offenses, no more than 2 moving violations and no reckless driving incidents and in the last 3 years, no major driving offenses including DUI/DWI Must be over 21 years of age or older Candidates must possess English and Spanish language skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service. Proficiency in English is essential for understanding customer needs, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with team members. Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week Work Location: In person
