Delivery Driver
Rated Next LLCThank you for partnering with Rated Next LLC to provide exceptional service for our retail clients. Looking for a couple drivers (non cdl) but with licenses. Who can drive a box truck. 16ft to 26ft Starting pay $160 a day (Probation period) After 1 month $10 raise. After 90 working days. $10 dollar raise. Also must be able to use an app And smartphone. Must pass dot physical and get med card, pass drug test and driving history and background check. Also must be able to lift 50 plus lbs. load/unload box trucks( no installation of appliances). Drop offs only must be able to work 1 week in the hole. 2nd week you get paid for the first week you worked. Paid weekly after your 1 week in the hole. This is due to claims and fines and since there is no factoring and percentage taken we all must work 1 week in the hole. All subcontractors must sign a contract and follow all rules associated with Rated Next LLC and it’s affiliates. there is no set timeline. You could work anywhere from 4hours to 12hrs. It all depends on you and your helper Settlement Structure: Base Route Pay Rate- A base rate for a completed route, which applies for up to the first ten (10) completed stops. Additional Stops- A per stop rate for each completed stop over ten (10) stops Hours: 6am till Finished Stand by: 7am till Finished Bonus Evaluations : On time, Dressed appropriate. No claims. Good surveys. $$$$!!!$$$$ must have transportation to the work site. gas for the box truck and most tools is provided by Rated Next. Dress code. Dickies or black/blue pants or jeans. Shirt nothing derogatory or obscene or offensive..
