Summary: We seek a reliable and hardworking Delivery Driver / Warehouse Worker to join our team. This role involves delivering products to customers in a timely, safe manner and assisting with warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, and inventory management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of handling physical tasks. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Delivery Driver Duties: Safely operate company vehicles (vans, trucks, etc.) to deliver goods to customers or job sites. Load and unload delivery vehicles with care to avoid damage. Plan delivery routes efficiently to meet scheduled delivery times. Verify the accuracy of delivery orders before leaving the warehouse. Interact with customers professionally, ensuring satisfaction with the delivery. Obtain signatures and documentation to confirm deliveries. Inspect vehicles before and after trips to ensure road safety (check tire pressure, oil, fuel levels, etc.). Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies. Make sure the vehicle is clean and tidy inside and out. Report any accidents, delivery issues, or vehicle malfunctions to management. Warehouse Duties: Assist in receiving, unloading, and storing incoming shipments. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery. Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring products are labeled and stored correctly. Conduct routine inventory checks to report any discrepancies or shortages. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), or hand trucks. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment. Follow all safety protocols while handling materials and using equipment. Assist in other warehouse tasks as assigned by supervisors. Set- Up Technician: Unbox, setup and configure copiers, printers, scanners and fax machines. Perform firmware updates and software installations. Create and execute a proactive Preventative Maintenance (PM) schedule; conduct PM on devices as required by repeat issues or problematic devices. Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions. Accurately and promptly track and update service calls in MWA, ensuring information is clear, thorough, accurate, and professional.
