Duties Safely operate a vehicle (van), adhering strictly to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safe lifting practices. Plan and follow efficient delivery routes, ensuring timely arrivals at each destination. Load and unload merchandise with proper lifting techniques, managing heavy items when necessary. Ensure all deliveries comply with company policies and safety standards while providing excellent customer service. Skills Proven experience in commercial driving, including route driving and automobile transportation. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team coordination. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following proper procedures. Familiarity with retail store operations or merchandising enhances customer engagement. Knowledge of DOT regulations ensures compliance during all driving activities. Organizational skills to manage schedules, routes, and delivery documentation efficiently.
