Delivery Driver

Responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately handling orders, supporting food preparation, completing deliveries, and assisting with daily restaurant operations. Key Duties Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately. Receive and manage orders from Skip, DoorDash, Uber Eats , and other delivery platforms. Check the oven, cut food, pack orders, and ensure orders are complete and accurate. Hand pickup orders to customers and provide friendly, professional service. Deliver customer orders safely, accurately, and on time. Process payments and follow required POS/delivery procedures. Keep drinks, sauces, boxes, and other supplies stocked and organized. Keep dining areas, washrooms, counters, and kitchen areas clean and organized. Take out garbage and maintain overall cleanliness of the restaurant. Charge and properly store debit/payment machines. Assist other team members with restaurant duties when required. Follow all food safety, cleanliness, customer service, and company procedures. Follow instructions from the Manager on Duty and report any issues or customer concerns. Expectations The employee is expected to remain productive throughout the shift, provide professional customer service, maintain cleanliness, and ensure all assigned duties are completed properly.
