Delivery Driver

Overview As a Delivery Driver, you’ll safely transport and deliver products while creating a helpful, professional experience for customers. You’ll plan and follow assigned routes, handle merchandise carefully, and support sales through product recommendations when appropriate. Your impact: Accurate, courteous deliveries help customers receive their purchases safely and build trust in the service they receive. Duties Drive assigned delivery routes and transport products using the appropriate vehicle. Follow applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and safe driving practices. Load, unload, and move merchandise using safe lifting practices; heavy lifting may be required. Communicate with clients about delivery details, address questions, and resolve routine concerns. Support merchandising and sales by presenting products clearly and identifying relevant upselling opportunities. Skills Required: Valid authorization to drive the assigned vehicle and a safe driving approach; commercial driving or commercial truck driving experience is preferred. Required: Customer service, communication, and client communication skills, with the ability to build positive customer relationships. Required: Basic math skills for checking orders, quantities, and delivery records; broader math or pricing experience is helpful. Preferred: Route driving, automobile transportation, retail store experience, merchandising, sales, or upselling experience. Ability to lift and move products safely, stay organized, and manage delivery tasks reliably. Pay: $14.00 - $14.50 per hour Work Location: In person
