Pay & Benefits Starting pay of $165 per day Bonuses available after 60 days Weekly pay every Friday Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits for full-time employees One week of paid vacation after your first year What You’ll Do Safely operate a company delivery vehicle. Load, organize, deliver, and pick up packages along your assigned route. Use a scanner to accurately record deliveries and pickups. Follow customer delivery instructions and meet time-sensitive delivery requirements. Complete daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns. Communicate with dispatch and provide professional customer service. This is an active job involving frequent vehicle entry and exit, lifting and carrying packages, stairs, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Requirements Must be at least 21 years old. Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record. Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen, and DOT physical. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to safely handle packages and complete the physical duties of the job. Comfortable using a scanner and following route instructions.
