Delivery Driver

Job Summary As a Delivery Driver, you’ll keep deliveries moving safely and reliably from the retail store to customers. You’ll plan routes, handle products with care, and create a positive experience through clear communication and attentive customer service. This paid position combines driving, physical work, and opportunities to support sales through product presentation and relevant upselling. Duties Drive assigned routes and transport products using appropriate commercial vehicles; follow applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and safe driving practices. Load, unload, and move items using safe lifting practices, including when handling heavy products. Communicate with clients about delivery timing, product handling, and service needs; build strong customer relationships. Support merchandising and automobile transportation tasks as assigned, and help maintain organized delivery and retail areas. Apply product and pricing knowledge to answer questions and identify appropriate sales or upselling opportunities. Your impact: Safe, dependable deliveries help customers receive their purchases in good condition and build confidence in the service they receive. Qualifications Required: Valid driving credentials appropriate for assigned vehicles, a safe driving record, and ability to perform required lifting. Required: Customer service, communication, client communication, organizational, and basic math skills. Preferred: Commercial driving or commercial truck driving experience, route driving experience, and retail store experience. Preferred: Experience with pricing, sales, upselling, merchandising, customer relationship building, or automobile transportation. Must be comfortable using basic math to verify orders and handle delivery documentation.
