Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Delivery Driver role based in Olathe, KS. The Delivery Driver is responsible for safely operating company vehicles to pick up, transport, and deliver packages to homes and businesses within assigned routes. Daily tasks include loading and unloading packages, verifying delivery information, obtaining necessary delivery confirmations, and maintaining accurate delivery records. The role also involves providing courteous customer service at delivery locations, following all traffic and safety regulations, and reporting any vehicle or route issues to supervisors. Delivery Drivers are expected to keep vehicles clean, assist with basic warehouse tasks as needed, and collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely deliveries. Qualifications Strong Customer Service skills to interact professionally with recipients and represent the company positively. Experience with Forklift Operation or warehouse equipment is helpful for loading and unloading packages. Training and Sales experience beneficial for supporting team development and promoting services when appropriate. Background in Food & Beverage is a plus for handling time-sensitive or special-care deliveries. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to meet company driving standards. Ability to lift, carry, and move packages of varying weights safely and repeatedly during the workday. Reliability, punctuality, and strong attention to detail in route management and documentation. Basic communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work independently.
