Delivery Driver

Job Summary As a Delivery Driver, you’ll transport products safely and reliably while creating a positive customer experience. You’ll plan and follow routes, handle merchandise with care, and communicate clearly with customers and team members. This role combines driving, customer service, and sales support, including opportunities to share product information and assist with upselling. The position involves physical work, including heavy lifting, and requires safe lifting practices. Duties Drive assigned routes and transport products using appropriate commercial vehicles, following Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and applicable safety requirements. Load, unload, and move merchandise safely; support automobile transportation and product placement as needed. Deliver orders, confirm details, resolve routine concerns, and maintain professional client communication. Support merchandising and retail store operations, including product presentation and pricing accuracy. Build customer relationships, provide service, and identify appropriate sales or upselling opportunities. Your impact: Careful deliveries and clear communication help customers receive the right products safely and on time. Skills Required: Valid driving qualifications for assigned vehicles, safe driving practices, and familiarity with route driving; commercial driving or commercial truck driving experience is preferred. Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, including customer relationship building and client communication. Basic math skills to verify orders, quantities, and pricing; broader math or pricing experience is an asset. Ability to perform heavy lifting and follow safe lifting practices. Sales, upselling, merchandising, or retail store experience is preferred. Pay: $185.00 - $200.00 per day Benefits: Relocation assistance Work Location: In person
