Job Title: Delivery Driver – Part Time Company: Kingdom Driven Logistics LLC Location: New Britain, CT (routes in Hamden, Waterbury & New Haven) Job Type: Part-time | W-2 Employee Pay: $22–$26/hour (based on deliveries + mileage + bonuses) This isn't a gig app. This is a W-2 position with a consistent route, weekly pay, and a team that knows your name. WHAT YOU EARN: $7.50 per delivery (base) +$0.50/delivery quality bonus (photo proof + zero damage) $0.40/mile from store and back 3-hour minimum on slow days — you're always covered Tenure raises at 90 days and 6 months $150 quarterly loyalty bonus $25 peak-day bonus (Valentine's, Mother's Day, Christmas) Lead Driver path available (+$1/delivery) A normal day: ~13 deliveries, ~5.5 hours, ~$125 in your pocket. That's $22–23/hour. Same route. Same store. Same customers. You own it.
