STORsquare | Knoxville, TN Pay: $21–$24 per hour + bonus opportunities Job Type: Full-time Hours: 32–40 hours per week Schedule: Day shift, Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays and overnight travel About the Opportunity STORsquare is looking for a dependable, safety-conscious, customer-focused Delivery Specialist to join our growing team and serve customers throughout Knoxville Metro and East Tennessee. As a Delivery Specialist, you'll do more than drive. You'll be the face of STORsquare, delivering and picking up our portable storage containers while providing the professional, reliable service our customers expect. You'll help ensure every delivery goes smoothly, every container is placed with care, and every customer has a positive experience. No experience with storage containers? What You'll Do Deliver exceptional customer service: Communicate professionally with customers, provide arrival updates, answer questions, and help resolve concerns. Deliver and pick up containers: Safely load, unload, transport, and position portable storage containers according to customer orders and site requirements. Prepare for each delivery: Review orders, verify delivery details, and inspect your vehicle and equipment before departure. Protect quality and safety: Take pre- and post-delivery photographs to document container condition and delivery placement. Complete delivery documentation: Obtain customer confirmations and signatures on lease agreements when required. Operate safely and responsibly: Follow company procedures, applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements, and all relevant safety standards. Support company operations: Assist with container assembly, maintenance, storage, upkeep, and occasional marketing or promotional deliveries and other duties as necessary. What We're Looking For Required qualifications Valid Tennessee Class D driver's license or comparable license accepted for the position. Clean driving record. At least 2 years of commercial driving experience. Strong communication and customer service skills. Dependable, professional, safety-minded, and comfortable working independently. Willingness to learn, follow procedures, and take responsibility for the customer experience. Ability to pass a company driving test, background check, and drug screening. Preferred qualifications CDL Class A, B, or C. Experience driving a medium-duty flatbed truck (Class 6 – 26,000 lbs) Experience operating a forklift or other powered industrial lifting equipment. Pay, Bonuses & Schedule Hourly pay: $21–$24, based on qualifications and experience. Retention bonus: Available after the first six months. Quarterly bonus opportunity: Available after the first six months. Full-time hours: Approximately 32–40 hours per week. Schedule: Eight-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, with scheduling flexibility between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. Occasional additional work: Saturdays and overnight travel as business needs require.
