Delivery Driver

Full-Time FedEx Delivery Driver Join a stable, experienced, and tech-forward team! We are seeking responsible, hardworking, and safety-minded individuals to join our collaborative delivery team. Pay & Compensation Starting Base Pay: $24.00 per hour (includes fully paid training). Performance Bonuses: Earn an additional $150 to $500+ per week after your 2-to-4-week training and probationary period. Bonuses are tied to safety metrics, delivery proficiency, and service targets. Gear Provided: Uniforms, safety gloves, and a semi-annual shoe allowance. Schedule & Job Duties Full-Time Schedule: 5 days per week. Available shifts include Tuesday–Saturday or Thursday–Monday . A sixth day available during Peak Season (Thanksgiving – Christmas). Daily Responsibilities: You will drive a commercial step van to deliver and pick up packages for businesses and residences on a designated route. No Loading Required: FedEx teams load the trucks overnight, and your route is optimized before you arrive. Minimum Job Requirements To be considered for this role, you must meet the following baseline criteria: Age: Must be 21 years or older. Experience: Minimum of 6 months of verifiable commercial driving experience within the last year (or 1 year of experience within the last 3 years). This includes driving for Lyft, Uber, Amazon, pizza delivery, or other commercial courier services. No CDL is required. Physical Capability: Ability to occasionally safely lift and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs. Tools: Must own a smartphone and have reliable personal transportation to the terminal. Language: Must be able to read, write, and speak English conversationally. (management is bilingual in English/Spanish, but English proficiency is required for safety and customer service). Background & Driving Record (MVR) Requirements A third-party DOT background check, criminal history investigation, and drug screen are required prior to hire. Drug Screen Policy: In compliance with federal safety regulations, marijuana detection is included in the pre-employment drug screen . Applicants who test positive will not be eligible for hire. License Status: No license suspension or revocation exceeding 30 days within the last 36 months. Accident History: No at-fault accidents resulting in death or injury. Violations Limit: No more than 4 moving violations total within the last 3 years. Specific combinations cannot exceed: 2 at-fault accidents and 2 moving violations in the last 3 years. 1 at-fault accident and 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.
