Delivery Driver

Delivery Duties - Verify inventory stock against order invoices before departure - Load, organize, and unload product between the warehouse and vehicle throughout the day - Follow assigned delivery routes and meet delivery deadlines - Follow all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and safety best practices - Collect verification / signatures or payment upon delivery when required - Communicate with dispatchers, drivers, and team members to coordinate deliveries - Perform basic vehicle upkeep: refueling, visual inspections, reporting potential issues - Keep the vehicle clean and organized; follow the maintenance schedule Order Fulfillment Duties - Create and edit delivery routes in Spoke or similar routing software - Pick, pack, label, and package products to customer specifications - Perform quality control checks before shipment; ensure orders ship on time and in full - Maintain a clean, organized work area - Assist with inventory management as needed Requirements - Valid driver's license and clean driving record with no moving violations - Comfortable driving and parking a cargo van (no CDL required) - Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or sit for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation - Able to safely operate delivery vehicles - Knowledge of safe food handling - Familiarity with navigation systems - Strong time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills - Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills - Dependable, adaptable, and willing to learn new systems Preferred Qualifications - Experience with inventory management systems and delivery route planning - Google Workspace proficiency - Clean driving record Schedule Rotating full-time schedule, 4–5 shifts (32–40 hours) per week. One to two 8 hr order fulfillment shifts and 2-3 6 hr driving shifts. Weekend and holiday availability required. Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) Work Location: In person
