Key Responsibilities: Execute pick-ups and deliveries efficiently, ensuring all packages arrive on time and in top condition. Maintain the highest safety standards while navigating routes in varying weather and traffic. Collaborate with team members to optimize operations and meet daily goals. Load and unload parcels, handling physical demands with care and efficiency. Qualifications and Requirements: At least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving history (no CDL required). Ability to pass a drug screen and DOT physical examination. Physical capability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly. Strong reliability – showing up on time, every time, ready to work. Demonstrated integrity – doing the right thing, even when no one's watching. Commitment to thoroughness – attention to detail in every delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
