Job Description We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team in Arnold, United States. As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our organization, ensuring that packages and products reach our customers safely, on time, and with a smile. This role offers the opportunity to work independently while being part of a collaborative team that values efficiency, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently to deliver packages to customers throughout assigned routes Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and maximize efficiency Load, unload, and handle packages with care, following proper safety protocols Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation, including signatures and delivery confirmations Provide friendly and professional customer interactions, addressing inquiries and concerns with empathy Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in proper working condition Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the vehicle Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding any delays, issues, or changes to delivery schedules Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior Meet daily delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining quality standards Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history Must have access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery operations Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards Must pass a criminal background check Strong time management and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Physical capability to lift, carry, and handle packages safely Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional work ethic Knowledge of local traffic laws and safety regulations Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and route assignments Proficiency with GPS navigation and delivery tracking systems (preferred) Additional Information BENEFITS Flexible Hours Competitive wages Earn tips daily Paid mileage Employee discount on all food items Advancement opportunities Paid Training FULL TIME DRIVERS BENEFITS (in addition to above benefits): Offered Health, Dental & Vision Insurance after 60 days of employment Voluntary accident coverage/Critical illness coverage Flexible Spending Accounts Ability to contribute to a 401(k)
