Job Description We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Columbia location (416 S 9th Street). In this role, you'll be the face of our company, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial part in our operations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and courtesy. Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers within assigned routes and territories Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure efficient time management and on-time arrivals Provide exceptional customer service, including friendly interactions and professional communication Verify delivery addresses and customer information to ensure accuracy Handle and transport products with care, maintaining product quality throughout delivery Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safe driving practices Respond professionally to customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related concerns Collaborate with the team to meet daily delivery goals and support operational efficiency Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license Minimum 2 years of driving history Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for deliveries Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong interpersonal and customer communication abilities Ability to navigate routes efficiently and adapt to changing delivery schedules Physical capability to safely lift and transport packages Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional attitude Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed Preferred: Experience in delivery, customer service, or transportation roles MBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
