We work with law enforcement, apartment communities, businesses, shopping centers, and motorists to keep properties clear and vehicles moving. Position Overview If you can spot a make and model just by the headlights, you're probably going to feel right at home here. We're hiring a detail-oriented, bilingual (English/Spanish) Daytime Dispatcher to join our operations team. This position works Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM , and involves processing impounded vehicle releases, assisting customers, coordinating with tow truck drivers, maintaining accurate vehicle records, and supporting daily towing operations. This is a hands-on position that combines customer service, dispatching, administrative work, and operations support. While dispatchers handle a wide range of responsibilities across all shifts, daytime operations typically involve a higher volume of vehicle releases and customer interactions, alongside incoming impounds, dispatch calls, and general operational needs. Some days involve a steady flow of customers picking up vehicles, while others require juggling phone calls, release paperwork, driver coordination, incoming impounds, and unexpected operational needs. Responsibilities can shift throughout the day depending on call volume, city events, weather, and overall company activity. You'll frequently interact with customers who may be frustrated or upset about having their vehicles towed, so patience, professionalism, confidence, and strong conflict de-escalation skills are essential. If you're organized, comfortable multitasking, good with people, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are exactly alike, this could be a great fit.
