About the Role As a CBRE Dayporter / Uniform Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing uniform and PPE inventory, coordinating uniform distribution, maintaining staging areas, and supporting operational compliance through organization and inventory management. This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building. What You'll Do Manage and organize uniform staging areas. Maintain inventory levels for uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE). Stock PPE in designated locations and ensure availability. Coordinate uniform pickup and delivery activities. Work with multiple departments to obtain proper sizing information for new employees. Maintain inventory records and replenish stock as needed. Clean regulated areas according to established SOPs. Respond to employee requests and inquiries related to uniforms and PPE. Follow company regulations and safety procedures. Use existing procedures to solve routine inventory and distribution issues. What You'll Need High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills. Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds and push/pull supply carts. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to manage inventory, maintain records, and coordinate multiple requests. Strong customer service skills with an inquisitive mindset.
