Acruex Health*** Temp-to-Hire *** Job Title: Data Entry Clerk Location: Coppell , TX Shift: 40 hours weekly (7:30am - 4:00pm) Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support warehouse and supply chain operations. This role involves maintaining accurate shipment and inventory records while also assisting with receiving, stocking, picking, shipping, and other warehouse activities. Please note that this Data Entry Clerk position is warehouse-based and is not strictly a desk-based role. Mandatory Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent 1–3 years of related warehouse, inventory, logistics, or data entry experience. Forklift certification preferred. Knowledge of warehouse storage and material-handling practices. Understanding of warehouse safety regulations. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS). Ability to accurately maintain inventory and shipment records. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Flexibility to perform both data-entry and hands-on warehouse duties. Roles & Responsibilities: Accurately enter and maintain shipment, inventory, and supply chain information. Receive, inspect, store, pick, pack, and ship materials and equipment. Perform inventory transactions in the appropriate warehouse management system. Support cycle counts and inventory control activities. Load and unload materials safely and efficiently Handle and store serialized equipment and other customer-owned materials. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand carts, as authorized. Support LTL shipping activities and understand Bills of Lading (BOLs). Follow account-specific service requirements and applicable service-level agreements (SLAs). Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and records. Assist with other warehouse functions as needed to meet operational and customer requirements.
