Key Responsibilities Operations & Inventory: Managing inventory, ordering stock, processing deliveries, and managing inventory turnover (FIFO). Merchandising: Creating attractive, well-stocked displays and managing product pricing. Staff Management: Training, scheduling, and supervising department employees. Safety & Sanitation: Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, cleaning schedules, and health standards. Financial Performance: Achieving sales goals, controlling costs, and reducing shrinkage. Required Qualifications & Skills Experience: Previous retail experience, often 3+ years, with prior leadership or supervisory roles preferred. Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Physical Ability: Ability to stand, reach, stoop, lift, bend, and work in cold environments (coolers). Frequently lift 35 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds Knowledge: Strong understanding of dairy products and inventory management systems.
