Daily Operations Lead

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and organized Daily Operations Lead to oversee the smooth functioning of our daily store activities. This role involves managing in-store customer service, processing orders via phone, and ensuring timely preparation and shipment of daily orders. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of leading daily operations from Tuesday through Saturday to support our business goals and deliver excellent customer experiences. Duties Handle in-store customer interactions, providing exceptional service and support. Process customer orders received through phone calls efficiently and accurately. Coordinate and process daily orders to ensure they are prepared for shipment in a timely manner. Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment. Lead and motivate team members to maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency. Monitor workflow to meet daily targets and resolve any operational issues promptly. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment aligned with company policies. Communicate effectively with suppliers, delivery services, and internal teams to streamline processes. Skills Strong leadership abilities with experience in handling daily store operations. Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members. Proficiency in processing orders via phone and using relevant order management systems. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work Tuesday through Saturday schedule. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
