Action Resource ManagementRole Snapshot Each morning, you open ACE and our brokerage logistics platform to review overnight shipments. You verify commercial invoices and packing lists, double-check bills of lading, and classify products so entries flow smoothly. As our Customs Brokerage Entry Specialist, you turn complex documentation into compliant, accurate filings that keep freight moving. A Day in the Life Prepare and file import entries and entry summaries in ACE using our brokerage logistics software. Examine commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and other documents for accuracy and completeness. Classify goods appropriately and ensure documentation supports the classification and declared values. Coordinate with Partner Government Agencies (PGAs) to meet agency-specific requirements and ensure regulatory compliance. Track entries from submission to release—monitor freight movement, manage releases and address holds quickly. Prepare and process import/export documentation so each shipment complies with applicable government regulations. Keep organized, audit-ready records aligned with Customs recordkeeping requirements. Communicate proactively with internal teams to resolve customs-related questions and requests. What You Bring Integrity, curiosity, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy; clear written and verbal communication. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Preferred Background Experience with ocean, air, and/or truck logistics. Familiarity with customs entries and PGA filings. Associate degree or higher in international business, logistics, or a related field. Bilingual Chinese capability.
