We pride ourselves in fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Position Overview: This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greater Philadelphia. Our Cargo Desk team primarily focuses on tasks related to customs documentation management and interpretation, monitoring the movement of cargo, and submitting ISF data to CBP. We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in the role of Cargo Desk Document Specialist. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a stable and consistent work setting. Key Responsibilities: · Cargo Tracking · Inspecting and identifying any discrepancies or errors and take appropriate corrective actions. · Ensure tasks are completed within specified timeframes. · Collaborate and cross train with team members to maintain workflow and share best practices. · This job may eventually take on other roles such as ISF filing and Document organization, uploading, and labeling. Qualifications & Skills: · Ability to learn and navigate our in-house cargo management systems. · Thrives in a focused, structured, environment. · Ability to maintain databases with accuracy and efficiency · Able to keep pace during peak seasons with a team for support · Previous experience Customs Brokerage is a plus · Ability to travel daily into Old City Philadelphia Benefits: · 401K · Health, Dental, Life, and Vision Insurance · Paid Time Off (2 Weeks to start increases every 5 years) · 50 Work From Home days per year (Approval-based, after a 6-month probationary period.
