The Opportunity : Customer Supply Chain Analytics Intern – Winter 2027 Hourly Rate: $22.00–$26.00/hour (based on completed years of university study) Work Model: Hybrid (minimum 3 in-office days per week) Location: Toronto, ON Internship Term: January 4, 2027 – April 2, 2027 Position Summary Our client is Unilever — a global, purpose-driven company whose brands are loved by millions, including iconic names like Dove, Shea Moisture, Vaseline, Axe, TRESemmé, Hellmann’s, and Knorr, and innovative brands like Liquid I.V. and OLLY. We’re looking for a driven, analytical, and customer-focused student to join Unilever Canada’s Customer Strategy & Planning team as a Customer Supply Chain Analytics Intern. This role supports Unilever’s customer supply chain operations, helping connect customer needs, operational execution, and data-driven decision-making to improve service performance for one of Unilever Canada’s strategic retail partners. You’ll work at the intersection of Customer Development, Customer Experience, Order Management, Warehouse, Transportation, and Supply Chain teams — turning operational data into practical insights, supporting issue resolution, and helping translate business priorities into customer-ready execution. Throughout the internship, you’ll benefit from a comprehensive onboarding experience, a dedicated buddy, a direct line manager, learning opportunities, and access to leadership. The program culminates in end-of-term presentations where you’ll showcase your key accomplishments. Your Responsibilities Data Management and Analysis — Access, manage, and analyze customer supply chain data to support customer service performance, issue resolution, and operational reporting Customer Execution Support — Monitor order, shipment, inventory, and compliance activities to help ensure customer requirements are understood and executed effectively Insight Generation — Investigate service gaps, identify root causes, and translate findings into clear summaries and recommended corrective actions Reporting and Storytelling — Prepare recurring reports, dashboards, and business updates that convert data into action…
