Customer Service Representative/ Shipping Coordinator

Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional assistance via phone, email, or chat. Coordinate order fulfillment processes, including picking, packing, and preparing shipments for dispatch. Manage shipping logistics using warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems to track orders, shipments, and inventory levels accurately. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and trade compliance standards during order processing and shipping. Maintain accurate data entry in inventory management software and AS400 systems to update stock levels and shipment details. Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize warehouse distribution, stocking, packaging, and inventory management processes. Monitor shipment status, troubleshoot issues related to shipping & receiving, and communicate updates to customers proactively. Requirements Strong knowledge of inventory management software Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for reporting and documentation purposes. Basic math skills for order calculations, inventory counts, and data verification. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across diverse audiences. Ability to perform data entry accurately while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of international trade regulations and trade compliance standards is a plus.
