We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process for our drop shipment business. In this key role, you'll work closely with customers, distributors, logistics partners, and global teams to ensure seamless order execution, outstanding service, and continuous process improvement. What You'll Do Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash process for drop shipment and local orders, ensuring timely, accurate execution. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, distributors, commercial teams, and internal stakeholders. Proactively communicate order status, product availability, shipment updates, and resolve inquiries, claims, and delivery issues. Support customer adoption and effective use of our B2B ordering platform. Coordinate Operations & Supply Chain Execution Partner with headquarters, logistics teams, and 3PL providers to ensure seamless order fulfillment and on-time deliveries. Manage import and shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and related trade documents. Monitor inventory availability, supply risks, and delivery plans while supporting billing and operational activities as needed. Provide reporting and analysis to support business decisions and operational performance. Drive Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve customer experience, and increase operational efficiency. Support SAP and B2B system activities, automation initiatives, and data quality improvements. Track and maintain key customer service and logistics KPIs, dashboards, compliance requirements, and performance metrics. Profile What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience managing Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes in domestic and/or international environments. Strong SAP experience, particularly in sales order management and billing. Working knowledge of import/export operations, shipping documentation, and customer service processes. Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, dashboards, reporting, and process automation is a plus. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail. Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and manage complex customer situations. Proactive, resilient, and customer-focused with a continuous improvement mindset.
