Mosquito & Pest Authority is seeking a highly organized Customer Service Operations Manager (Hybrid) to support customer service, sales coordination, and day-to-day office operations for our Wilmington, NC market.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally with a team, balancing customer care with operational responsibility, and staying hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Support and coordinate customer service operations for the Wilmington location
Handle routing, scheduling, and daily logistics
Manage accounts receivable, invoicing, and billing accuracy
Assist with upselling new and existing customers on pest control services
Coordinate local marketing initiatives and attend community events as needed
Monitor customer feedback and help implement service improvements
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text
Assist with HR and administrative tasks as assigned
