Customer Service / Fulfillment Role: Women's Fashion Brand

Company Description Era is a womenswear lifestyle & fashion brand. Role Description Hiring Immediately. This is a full time role based in Austin Texas (South Lamar) for a Fulfillment & Customer Service & Social Media role at a fashion brand. We will not accept out of state applicants. The role involves but not limited to: managing daily operations such as processing and packing orders assisting customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues maintaining accurate records of inventory handling returns steaming garments, lifting boxes (no more than 45 lbs) responding to customer inquiries from social media We are looking for someone who is detail oriented and interested in women's fashion and has some experience in customer service. Please note in your email if you have experience with shopify as this is a bonus. $25 / hour rate Qualifications Experience in Packing and managing order fulfillment processes Customer Service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and resolve customer concerns Detail Oriented Experience with Shopify is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in basic computer skills and inventory management systems Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
