Customer Service Dispatcher

Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative We are currently hiring one individual to cover all shifts for a fast-paced dispatch and customer service role. This position requires someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable handling a high volume of calls while managing multiple computer tasks. Responsibilities: Dispatch drivers and coordinate vehicle releases Answer and manage a high volume of incoming phone calls Provide professional customer service and assist customers with questions Enter vehicles into the system and process vehicle releases Maintain accurate records and update information in the database Communicate with property owners and customers via email Monitor and respond to dispatch requests in a timely manner Ensure all information is documented correctly in the system Qualifications: Strong computer skills required Ability to handle high call volumes while staying organized Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail when entering and releasing vehicles in the system Professional phone and email etiquette Reliable and able to work all shifts as scheduled If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-volume environment, we encourage you to apply.
