Customer Service/Courier

Established agriculture lab, a leader in our industry, seeks qualified professional to work with our ever growing team of professionals. We are looking to hire an experienced Customer Service professional with agriculture background and experience to help us keep growing. If you're hard-working and dedicated, we would like to partner with you. This position works closely with Administration and Lab management to accomplish all mutual goals. Travel to service areas to represent the company and achieve the assigned goal as well as transport samples. Keep all indoor and outdoor facility areas clean and orderly, debris and weed free Exhibit a strong self-starter mindset and the ability to manage tasks independently Clean, professional appearance with business casual dress code when required Identify opportunities to improve sales performance Recommend improvements to boost performance to the sales team Build strong and successful relationships with clients Deal with various technology and equipment to fulfill the job requirements Microsoft Suite inlcuding Powerpoint required Clean DMV is required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service and rapport Good interpersonal and presentation skills Able to travel intermittently as required of the job Must be able to carry up to 40 lbs.
