Zeal Integrated Health is a growing functional medicine clinic dedicated to helping patients improve their health and wellness through personalized care. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and friendly individual to join our team as a Shipping & Patient Support Coordinator. This position combines hands-on supplement shipping and order fulfillment with patient communication and administrative support. The ideal candidate enjoys staying organized, working efficiently, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Supplement Shipping & Order Fulfillment Prepare, package, and ship supplement orders to patients. Process daily UPS shipments, including printing shipping labels and preparing packages for pickup. Ensure orders are accurate, properly packaged, and shipped in a timely manner. Organize and maintain supplement inventory and shipping supplies. Receive, unpack, and organize incoming supplement deliveries. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shipping workspace. Assist with tracking shipments and resolving shipping-related questions. Patient Communication & Scheduling Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner. Assist patients with general questions and direct calls to the appropriate team members. Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments. Communicate with patients regarding supplement orders and shipping updates. Accurately enter and update patient information in our scheduling and practice management systems. Provide excellent customer service while maintaining patient confidentiality. General Office Support Assist with daily administrative tasks as needed. Work closely with providers, health coaches, and administrative staff. Help maintain efficient daily office operations. Support the team in creating a positive patient experience. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Friendly, professional communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage daily responsibilities efficiently. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software. Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated. Comfortable answering phones and interacting with patients. Ability to lift and move supplement boxes and shipping supplies. Previous experience with UPS shipping, inventory management, customer service, or medical office scheduling is a plus, but not required.
