Customer service and dispatch coordinator

Duties Serve as the main liaison between customers, service technicians, and internal departments via multi-line phone systems and internal communication platforms. Coordinate dispatching activities using dispatch software and transportation management systems. Manage GPS and GIS tools to monitor vehicle locations, and optimize routes. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, scheduling service calls, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining professional phone etiquette at all times. Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for data entry, reporting, and communication purposes. Effective dispatching abilities combined with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Superior communication skills—both verbal and written—to coordinate with customers, and internal teams professionally. Ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
