Customer Logistics Coordinator - Dispatch

Crete Solutions LLC is looking for a Customer Logistics Coordinator to join our Wilmington Dispatch Team! This is a fast-paced, high-volume role , especially during peak construction season. You'll be the connection between our customers and operations—taking orders, coordinating deliveries, managing changing schedules, and keeping everyone informed throughout the day. Ready-mix experience is always a plus, but we're willing to train the right person. What You'll Do Answer customer calls and accurately enter concrete orders. Coordinate daily deliveries using available plants, trucks, and drivers. Manage multiple orders and changing priorities throughout the day. Communicate delivery times, delays, and schedule changes with customers. Work closely with Drivers, Plant Managers, Sales, Quality Control, and Operations. Help resolve customer and delivery issues quickly and professionally. Maintain accurate order and dispatch information. Follow company safety and operating procedures. What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong organization and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize when several things need attention at once. Calm, professional approach when schedules change or challenges arise. Dependability, accountability, and a team-first mindset. Basic computer skills. Customer service, dispatch, logistics, transportation, or construction experience is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. What Success Looks Like You keep things moving. Orders are accurate, customers know what to expect, operations has the information they need, and problems are communicated early. We're looking for someone who can communicate, stay organized, think on their feet, and take ownership.
