Customer Experience specialist / Cashier/ Burger Builder

Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their shopping experience Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and upselling opportunities to maximize sales Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and credit card processing Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement and sales Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the store is inviting and well-presented Manage inventory levels through stock checks and replenishment to ensure product availability Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries or assisting via phone channels Support retail sales initiatives by promoting current promotions, loyalty programs, and new products Supervise team members when needed, providing guidance on customer service best practices and store procedures Use strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and deliver a seamless shopping experience Qualifications Previous retail experience with familiarity in grocery store or similar environments preferred Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities in team settings Ability to perform retail math calculations accurately for transactions and inventory management Proficiency in basic math skills necessary for cash handling and sales transactions Excellent phone etiquette, communication skills, and a positive attitude are essential Experience with POS systems, cashiering, merchandising, stocking, and upselling techniques preferred Knowledge of grocery store operations or retail sales environments is advantageous Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently Join us in creating an energetic shopping environment where every customer feels appreciated!
