ABOUT GULFSOUTH GulfSouth Outdoor Living is The Southeast's Traveling Showroom. Based in Alabaster, Alabama, we sell and service hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, and cold plunges, and we take them straight to the buyer. Through our expo division, The Expo Coach, we rent full venues across 10 Southeastern states and turn each one into a complete showroom for a weekend. We don't do booths. We build the whole show. We run on five values: - Wellness First - Own It - Details Matter - Make It Easy - No BS THE ROLE You are the voice of GulfSouth after the sale. You answer the phones, schedule the deliveries, and make sure every customer knows exactly when their hot tub is coming and what to expect when it does. You report to our HQ Operations Manager. What you'll own - Answer the main line and return every missed call - Call every new customer on day one, confirm every show order, and run the day-7 and day-30 follow-up calls after delivery - Confirm every scheduled delivery with the customer and schedule every order that wasn't ready to deliver at the show: site ready, access confirmed, delivery date set - Keep every customer record complete in our tracking system: contract, delivery confirmation, photos, and status - Enroll customers in our care subscriptions - Coordinate daily with the delivery crew and service tech so nothing falls through Schedule - Full-time, 40 hrs/week, Monday-Friday at our Alabaster office - Teams replies within 15 minutes during business hours What you need - Experience in customer service, scheduling, or dispatch - Comfortable on the phone all day. You like talking to people - Organized, detail-driven, and able to track many orders at once - Comfortable learning new software and working in a CRM daily Pay - $18-$22/hr, full-time If you can keep a customer calm, a calendar straight, and a truck moving, apply today.
