Roto-Rooter of Sioux City is looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Dispatcher to join our team! We’re looking for someone who can keep our office running smoothly, provide excellent customer service, and help coordinate our technicians throughout the day. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Answer incoming phone calls and schedule service appointments. Dispatch service technicians and coordinate daily schedules. Communicate with customers regarding appointments, service updates, and questions. Provide professional and friendly customer service. Assist with data entry, invoicing, and other office duties. Keep technicians and customers informed throughout the day. Help ensure daily operations run efficiently and smoothly. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Dependable, punctual, and professional. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
