Warehouse Associate — CSM Flooring Wilmington, NC | Full-time | Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–4 p.m. Help us deliver on “Creating Spaces that Matter.” Great flooring projects depend on what happens before materials reach the job site. At CSM Flooring, our Warehouse Associate keeps materials organized, inventory accurate, and installers and customers ready for their next step. We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on team member who takes pride in an orderly warehouse, pays attention to details, and follows through. Your work will directly support successful installations and a smooth customer experience. What you’ll do Receive and inspect incoming materials, verify quantities, and record their location and job allocation. Organize and stage materials so the right products and quantities are ready for scheduled installations. Check installer load-outs against work orders and document additional materials or purchases. Prepare and load customer pickups with accuracy, care, and friendly service. Maintain inventory records, complete stock counts, and promptly flag shortages, damage, or discrepancies. Make deliveries and material pickups as assigned. Keep the warehouse, equipment, company vehicles, and surrounding areas clean, safe, and organized. Assist with showroom displays and other physical tasks as needed. What you’ll bring Experience in warehouse operations or inventory management. Dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to organize your work without constant direction. Clear communication and a willingness to help customers, installers, and teammates. Comfort using computers and learning inventory software; Google Workspace experience is helpful. Ability to safely perform physical warehouse work, including lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading flooring materials. A valid driver’s license.
