Responsibilities
• Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and order pickers safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transfer goods within the cross dock area
• Assist with order picking by accurately selecting products according to shipping orders using warehouse management systems
• Conduct heavy lifting as needed to move pallets and large items, ensuring proper handling techniques for safety
• Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform routine maintenance checks on machinery
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, shipments, and receiving logs using warehouse management systems
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments
• Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment
Requirements
• Proven experience operating forklifts, clamp trucks, or order pickers in a warehouse or distribution setting
• Strong mechanical knowledge for equipment troubleshooting and maintenance
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift
• Basic math skills for inventory counting and order accuracy
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems for tracking shipments and inventory
• Knowledge of warehouse distribution processes and order picking procedures
• Valid certification for forklift operation (preferred but not mandatory; training available)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and safety standards

Pay: $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
