About Small Potatoes Small Potatoes is a small but growing food company in Georgetown, Texas. We make several brands of our own and produce products for other food brands, and we are building a brand house where we innovate and launch new products. Our plant is a dedicated gluten-free facility, certified SQF, GFCO and Organic. Fulfillment is where everything we make leaves the building: direct-to-consumer parcels, wholesale and distributor pallets, and Amazon shipments. What you will do Pick, pack and ship direct-to-consumer orders every day: right product, right count, right packaging, right label, on time. Build wholesale and distributor orders (retail, KeHE, UNFI and our 3PL clients): case pick, palletize, wrap, label and stage. Photograph pallets and check the bill of lading against the order before the truck leaves. Prep Amazon shipments: bundle and label units, pack master cases, apply box labels and complete the prep worksheet. Receive finished goods from production plus incoming ingredients and packaging: count against the paperwork, put away, and record it in the warehouse system. Keep inventory accurate: scan every move, follow lot tracking and first-in-first-out rotation, help with cycle counts, and flag any mismatch the same day. Load and unload trucks and work with carriers and drivers at the dock. Keep the warehouse clean, organized and audit-ready. Follow our food safety, allergen and gluten-free facility rules at all times. Help the production team when fulfillment is light. What we are looking for Warehouse, fulfillment or stockroom experience preferred. Food or consumer packaged goods experience is a plus. Comfortable with a handheld scanner, a computer and a warehouse management system (ShipHero or similar). We train. Accurate and detail-focused. You check your own work and catch mistakes before they ship. Pallet jack experience. Forklift experience is a plus and we will certify you. Able to lift 50 pounds regularly and stand, walk, bend, reach and climb for a full shift. Reliable and on time, works well with a small team, speaks up early when something is off. Willing to follow food plant rules: hairnet, hand washing, no personal food in production areas, clean work habits.
