Courier Driver & Customer Service Representative

Job-Type: Part-Time (6 hours per day, 2-3 times a week , equivalent to 12-18 hours per week). Schedule: Mon, Wed, & Fri 10:00am - 4:00pm with a 30-minute break from 1:00pm-1:30pm. Tues & Thursday 10:00am - 4:00pm with a 30-minute break from 1:00pm-1:30pm. Pay: $20.00 - $25.00/hour with mileage reimbursement for business-related driving. About the Role GKY Dental Arts is looking for two dependable, professional, and customer-focused/courier drivers to join our team in Denver, CO. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys driving, interacting with people, and having a varied workday. You will pick up and deliver dental cases to local dental offices while also assisting with basic data entry and office tasks. Key Responsibilities Pick up and deliver dental cases to dental offices Provide friendly, professional customer service Communicate with dentists and dental office staff Perform basic data entry and computer tasks Track pickups and deliveries Load and unload packages as needed Assist with other basic office tasks What We Are Looking For Prior Work Experience: A background working in a dental office, dental laboratory, or other healthcare/customer-service environment is a plus, but not a requirement. Work Authorization: Authorization to work in the United States. Willingness to Accept Feedback: Be able to accept feedback and correction without dispute from fellow co-workers and Management. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. You must feel comfortable and professional speaking with other dentists and other staff members.
