Duties Safely operate a variety of vehicles to deliver freight across designated routes. Navigate using GPS systems to ensure efficient routing and timely deliveries Load and unload cargo with proper manual handling techniques, ensuring the secure transport of hazardous materials and dangerous goods. Conduct routine vehicle inspections, maintenance checks, and safety audits before and after trips to guarantee optimal performance. Ensure proper documentation for freight, including manifests, delivery receipts, and compliance paperwork related to hazardous materials. Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding route adjustments, delivery statuses, or safety concerns to maintain seamless logistics operations. Valid California driver’s license Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and route planning for over-the-road (OTR) driving routes. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely while managing logistics cargo handling requirements. Excellent driving record Pay: $160.00 per day Work Location: On the road
