We provide last-mile delivery services and are looking for reliable, motivated drivers to join our growing delivery network. Service Areas We currently service routes throughout: Greater New Orleans Area Northshore Slidell Houma Raceland Thibodaux Surrounding areas as routes become available Route availability varies by market, delivery volume, and delivery partner requirements. Position Details Potential earnings: $150–$250+ per day Typical route: 6–8 hours Typical start time: 6:00 AM–9:00 AM Pay schedule: Weekly, every Monday Schedule: Seasonal, part-time, or full-time opportunities Employment type: 1099 Independent Contractor CDL: Not required Additional route hours and package opportunities may become available based on route availability, delivery volume, performance, reliability, and business needs. Responsibilities Pick up and deliver packages along assigned routes Safely load, transport, and deliver packages Follow delivery instructions and route requirements Use a smartphone and delivery applications Complete accurate delivery confirmations Communicate with Wayfinder operations as needed Provide professional customer service Protect packages while in your possession Report damaged, missing, or undeliverable packages Complete assigned routes safely and efficiently Maintain your vehicle in safe operating condition Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable vehicle Current auto insurance Smartphone with reliable data service Ability to safely lift and carry packages Ability to work independently Reliable and punctual Ability to follow delivery instructions Professional attitude and customer-service skills Ability to complete applicable background screening Acceptable driving record where required No CDL Required A commercial driver's license is not required for standard courier routes. Previous delivery or courier experience is welcome, but not required . We value reliability, professionalism, safety, and a strong work ethic. Vehicle Requirements Depending on the route and delivery program, qualifying vehicles may include: Sedans SUVs Minivans Cargo vans Sprinter-style vans Other approved vehicles Vehicle requirements may vary depending on package volume and specific route requirements.
