Courier Delivery Driver – 1099 Independent Contractor

Location: Fort Worth, TX (DFW Metro, in person) Job Type: 1099 Independent Contractor( CARGO VAN ONLY) Schedule: Monday–Saturday(8AM @ Warehouse) Job Overview We're hiring reliable, professional Courier Delivery Drivers to support our peak season e-commerce volume across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. You'll deliver small packages on assigned routes using your own cargo van. If you're punctual, self-motivated, and take pride in getting packages to customers on time, we want to hear from you. Scope of Work Deliver small e-commerce packages (0–50 lbs) on assigned daily routes within the DFW metro Routes stay under 150 miles of driving distance per day Work days: Monday through Saturday. (8AM @ Warehouse) Required Insurance: Commercial Liability 100,000/300,000 minimum coverage and Cargo $100k Follow assigned routes and schedules using a smartphone with GPS Confirm pickups and deliveries in the app, keeping accurate delivery records Communicate promptly and professionally with dispatch about delays, route changes, or delivery issues Handle packages with care and follow all traffic laws and safety standards Inspect and maintain your own vehicle Pay 80–120+ packages: $175–$200 per day 50 packages or fewer: $75–$100 per day Weekly pay Requirements Must own a cargo or Sprinter-style van ( Ford Transit, Ram ProMaster, Mercedes Sprinter, or Chevy Express ) Must carry active commercial auto insurance (coverage details provided upon selection) Availability to work Monday–Saturday during peak season Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Smartphone with GPS and data Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs Familiarity with the DFW area and traffic regulations Professional, punctual, and dependable , with clear communication and good customer service Prior delivery or courier experience is preferred but not required Important Notes This is a 1099 independent contractor position .
